These fit really well, although I did have to buy a size up because my foot is a little thicker than most. Because they don't flop around like typical flip flops, they're a lot less work to wear. They stay on my feet much better than cheaper sandals. I've also noticed less heel pain since I've started wearing them. I wore these during almost the entire 2 weeks of my honeymoon (when I wasn't wearing these, I was wearing my Z/2s :-) ).
